Dr. Chris graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2003. Working closely with some of the best massage therapists, physiotherapists and Podiatrists in the Country, he developed an approach that rightly combines treatment methods from each profession achieving longer lasting results with fewer treatments.
He is the founder of a “Heavy Eccentric Resistance Therapy”, (H.E.R.T.). This treatment method, (developed in 2018), has resulted in the elimination of symptoms from rotator cuff injuries, tennis elbow, golfers elbow and jumpers knee within just 1 to 4 sessions.
Understanding the connection between physical pain and emotional pain, Dr. Chris took a sabbatical in November of 2017 in order to study full time Buddhist meditation techniques, with a practice schedule of 6 - 8 hours per day, for 8 consecutive month (Nov 2017 to June 2018). This resulted in his being able to offer clinical instruction and guidance for effective meditation and mindfulness.
