WAYSPA Gift Cards may be redeemed on regular priced SPA services only, and are not redeemable on any other services, specials, promotions or package priced services.
Direct Billing Policy will be changing January 1st, 2018
In an effort to streamline our Direct Billing service for our Health Care Practitioners and Clients, we will be changing the way we process Extended Health Care claims. Clients who would like to utilize Direct Billing for Chiropractic Care, Massage Therapy and, or Physiotherapy will be processed using three steps:
Claims will be submitted by Five Senses to the appropriate Insurance Provider to be processed for prompt repayment to the client. You will not need to submit any forms to your Insurance Provider.
Clients will pay Five Senses the full amount for their Health Care Services at the end of their appointment(s) – We accept cash, debit, VISA, MasterCard, ApplePay or Android Pay.
Payment will be received by the client in the amount that is outlined by their Insurance Provider. (100%, 80%, specific amount, etc.) Typically, the payment from the Insurance Provider is made within 2 to 3 days, depending on your provider.
Starting 2018 all clients will need to be prepared to pay for each service at the time of their visit.
Five Senses Spa & Wellness Centre will no longer be receiving any direct payments from your Insurance Provider
How does this change benefit our clients?
Claims for Health Care Services at Five Senses are submitted the same day through the Health Care Provider’s portal, allowing for quick processing by the Insurance Provider. This will eliminate any confusion about whether or not a service has been covered by Extended Health Care plans and how much the Insurance Provider will reimburse. With this method, clients will be able to receive information about the claim directly, eliminating the potential need for Five Senses to contact clients regarding claim issues and unexpected outstanding balances.
