CANCELLATION POLICY DUE TO COLD/FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are waiving the cancellation fee if you cancel because of flu or cold like symptoms, and you will not be able to rebook your appointment for a period of 4 weeks. We want to keep all staff and clients safe during the pandemic. But in the interest of our team members and clients, please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
