Our COVID-19 Protocols

  • We have changed the look of the spa and some of the ways we are doing business but still offer a relaxing, friendly, caring, and safe environment for you to enjoy.
  • Five Senses has always followed rigorous cleaning and sanitization protocols.

  • We will continue to meet if not exceed all local, Provincial and Federal guidelines relating to hygiene and sanitization.

  • We have outlined our protocols, policies and treatment area guidelines in full transparency for you to review in the electronic brochures below.

  • All clients will be screened 24 hours prior to every appointment, via text to which review and replies are required and recorded.  

  • All clients will also be screened upon arrival for their appointment.

  • All staff are screened via text the day of work and replies are required and kept on file.

  • Please help us keep this environment safe for everyone and keep your distance from others as much as possible.

  • Team members who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 have given Five Senses their permission to display the COVID-19 Vaccinated logo on their name tag, door signage and add it to their online profiles.

CANCELLATION POLICY DUE TO COLD/FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are waiving the cancellation fee if you cancel because of flu or cold like symptoms, and you will not be able to rebook your appointment for a period of 4 weeks. We want to keep all staff and clients safe during the pandemic.  But in the interest of our team members and clients, please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

Credit card information is required to secure all appointments. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change any single service appointment and 48 hours notice for multiple same-day service appointments.  If the required notice is not given, or the client does not show up for their appointment, the client may not be re-booked unless they prepay their appointments until Five Senses deems prepayment is not required. For treatments resulting in receipts for insurance claims, we may require government photo identification to confirm patient identity. Please ensure that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment.  If you are late and the appointment needs to be shortened then it will be shortened but you still will be charged the full amount for the original appointment. No Show Policy and Last Minute Cancellation Policy please go to/click on: https://www.fivesenseswellness.com/no-show-policy​. Five Senses does not provide refunds on products, services, gift cards or gift certificates.
