My career span has covered various settings from physiotherapy clinics and doctor's offices dealing with rehab, MVA & WSIB, to spas focused on mind & body de-stress. My goal with every treatment is to facilitate the client's healing process, working within their comfort range in regards to pressure and techniques used while also aiming to promote a deep sense of relaxation and well being by the end of a session.

The techniques I use involve a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue work, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, cupping, fascial release, passive stretching, and acupressure points.
