Our Five Senses Team

All of our dedicated team of professionals at Five Senses have passed COVID-19 and Ontario legislated training and protocols to make Five Senses a safe environment to work in and enjoy your treatment.  Many of Team Members have been vaccinated against COVID-19 and are proudly to show the designation on their profile. We are here to help and guide you through the many services and therapies that we have on offer.

Reception & Facilities Team

Haley

Haley is attending Western University for family studies and human development program to become a teacher for kids with special needs. She is always happy and very approachable. If she is not at work she is either studying or on a walk with her golden retriever Scout.

Petra

Petra is a great asset to our team, she has great work ethics, enjoys people and loves animals. When she isn't working you might find her doing and oil change or brake job on one of her families car.

Deanna

Deanna is attending Sheridan College for the police foundations program. She is looking forward to becoming a police officer in the future. She has been doing judo since 2010, since receiving her black belt in 2019 she teaches Judo at the Tora judo club in Brampton

Rain

Rain has over seven year of experience in providing quality customer service. She is a certified holistic nutrition coach and is continuing her studies to obtain certification as a Holistic Nutritionist. Rain is passionate about holistic health, books, and a good cup of coffee. During her downtime she enjoys reading, writing, eating and playing video games!

Tewanda

Tewanda greets you on the weekends with a big smile and is always ready to help you enjoy your experience. She is very detail orientated and currently studying to be a dental hygenist. She keeps busy with school and her 2 cats, 2 dogs, and family!

Esthetic Team

Janet

Janet is our Esthetic & Assistant General Manager, who graduated from Humber College and has gone on to complete a Laser Technology course. She is continually researching and studying the industry to keep up with the latest trends.

She is trained and well versed with machines such as laser, Evolution, RMD, and LED. Janet feels a sense of joy when doing facials or medi-spa treatments and making people feel beautiful, natural and happy. Microblading is an ideal treatment for Janet to perform as she can make someone feel more confident just by enhancing the look of their eyebrows.

She is an outstanding makeup artist that is knowledgeable in colour theory and shaping the brows to properly frame a face, which enhances her technique.

Outside work Janet loves drawing, painting, watching documentaries and reading. Visiting the cottage with her family in the summer and fall is her favourite way to spend time.

Arielle

Arielle (pronounced R-E-L) is a graduate of Humber College Esthetician and Spa Management program. She has been interested in esthetics for as long as she can remember. Nails are her passion although she enjoys all services. Aside from esthetics Arielle is very passionate about music whether she's playing an instrument or just listening along.

Arjae

Arjae is very easy going and down to earth, he loves making people laugh and learning new things. His name is pronounced R J, and he loves waxing, manicures and pedicures. In his free time, he enjoys baking, camping and spending time with his pet chameleon.

Cloey

Cloey is attending Humber College for the Esthetics & Spa Management Program. She has a German Shepard named Kai, who is adorable! She used to play Volleyball competitively and now plays for fun, Cloey's favourite service to perform is Signature Pedicure, but her favourite service to receive is our Bliss Facial!

Dorothy

Dorothy may be one of our shortest esthetician on staff, but she is big on service. She has been in the industry for ten plus years and has a loyal following. Not only does she do regular spa services, but she has been trained in electrolysis and laser hair removal. She pays attention to detail and has a great sense of humour. She is kept busy on her days off with her husband, her two young boys, Lola her puppy and two cats.

Kiran

Kiran is a skin care enthusiast who has loved makeup from a really young age! She loves pampering the skin and has a great understanding on how to best care for it. Her favourite services to perform are facials and waxing! During her off time, she loves spending time with her 2 dogs, Gina and Ryno.

Saira

Hi my name is Saira and my passion is making my clients feel good about themselves. I enjoy learning new ways to help clients with their skincare and love doing facials. My kids keep me busy and when we can we love to travel.

Sathra

My name is Sathra and I graduated from the Advance Medical Aesthetician program at Bryan College. I am passionate about esthetics. I am skilled in facials, laser hair removal and waxing. During my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors, sewing, crocheting and playing volleyball. I have a 7-year-old cat named Mico.

Tammy

Tahreem aka Tammy is a graduate from Seneca, from the Esthetics & Spa therapy program. She has always loved this industry and went into esthetics due to her passion of nails, make up and grew to love skincare. She enjoys all kinds of sports and traveling!

Tia

Hello, my name is Christina, "Tia". I am a graduate of Humber College and was enrolled in the Esthetician and Spa Management program. I have a passion for skincare and my favourite service are facials. From a young age, I’ve indulged in beauty and makeup. Outside of esthetics, I love fashion, painting, sketching and interior decorating.

Valerie

My name is Valerie and I graduated from the spa management/ esthetician program at Humber College. I like to do a variety of aesthetic services, but my favourite is facials. I enjoy learning about skin health, different skin types, and new products and services in the industry. In my spare time, I enjoy reading fantasy books such as Harry Potter and making scarves with crochet.

Registered Massage Therapists

Deeksha

Deeksha has been a Massage Therapist since 2019. She has worked in a variety of environments including spas, multidisciplinary wellness centers and rehabilitation clinics. This has equipped her to deal with a variety of conditions. She prides herself on her ability to treat clients with different needs from stress reduction to work-related injuries. Her patient and friendly demeanour makes her a good fit for anyone new to therapeutic massage.

Diana

Diana is a graduate of the Canadian Royal College. She was always interested in Massage Therapy and recognized the value of massage therapy as an option for health care as it does treat a wide spectrum of conditions and provide relaxation. Her specialties include Swedish massage, deep tissue, prenatal and trigger point therapy. She enjoys being active, it’s part of her lifestyle!

Joseph

Joseph has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016. He’s been working in a variety of organizations including spa, clinic and rehabilitative centres, which have given him invaluable experience with various conditions, including neck, shoulder, back pain, and repetitive strain injuries. He specializes in Trigger Point Therapy and is also very skilled in Pregnancy massage, Lava Shell massage, Bamboo massage, Cupping and Dry Brush massage.

He is committed to making sure each client receives the treatment required for their needs, and to get them back on the path to feeling good. He enjoys his work and the ability to help people improve their health and well being.

Krystal

"Hello, my name is Krystle and I have been a massage therapist since 2013. I really enjoy making you less stressed by easing your pain through massage. I believe in a firm but gentle approach, but if the pressure is too much just let me know and I can decrease the pressure. When I am not helping you feel better, I enjoy playing video games, watching Netflix or belting out a few tunes at karaoke. I hope that one day I can treat you and help you to feel better!"

Linu

Linu is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy  Before becoming an RMT, he secured a Master's degree in Physiotherapy and worked as a Physiotherapist and Physiotherapy assistant in various health care settings in a different part of the world for over 15 years. He is very passionate about massage therapy. His specialties include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, Pregnancy massage, joint mobilizations as well as positional release.

Linu loves meeting new clients and working with them to improve their health. Apart from the profession, he is a family man, part of a choir, loves acting, and has his own Youtube channel with over 200K viewers a month.

Muhammad

Muhammad is an energetic and dedicated RMT with extensive experience.  He has worked in various healthcare settings from acute care to sports rehab. Before starting his career in Canada, he worked as Sr. Physiotherapist at Royal Armed Forces hospital, Muscat, Oman. Muhammad is passionate about helping his patients achieve optimum health. 

He is passionate about sport and wellness. His skills in treating everything from acute injuries to chronic conditions make him an exceptional Massage Therapist. He provides a safe and effective therapy that is tailored specifically to each individual.  His goals for his patients are to increase their overall quality of life and well-being. Muhammad would be happy to answer any questions regarding your health concerns.

Sajit

I've always been passionate about the healing arts which lead me to take up a career in the healthcare industry. My career span has covered various settings from physiotherapy clinics and doctor's offices dealing with rehab, MVA & WSIB, to spas focused on mind & body de-stress. My goal with every treatment is to facilitate the client's healing process, working within their comfort range in regards to pressure and techniques used while also aiming to promote a deep sense of relaxation and well being by the end of a session.

The techniques I use involve a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue work, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, cupping, fascial release, passive stretching, and acupressure points. I am also a certified Reiki practitioner, which is a form of energy work meant to activate the natural healing processes of the client's body and help restore physical and emotional well-being.

Steve

Steve has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2001. Having also worked as an Athletic Therapist as well as a Personal Trainer. Steve has an extensive knowledge of treating various injuries. Steve believes in a multidisciplinary approach of treating and works well with our team of chiropractors.

Dr. Michelle Da Silva

"Since a very young age I've been playing competitive soccer and like all athletes, I have sustained many injuries. For one of my more serious injuries, I decided to go see a chiropractor and with education and treatment, I felt better than ever. After that injury my interest in learning more about this profession and how I can help others started."

- Dr. Michelle Da Silva -

Dr. Da Silva attended the University of Toronto and obtained a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree with Honors and a Minor in Psychology. After undergrad, she continued her schooling by doing another four years at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and obtained a Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Cum Laude. Dr. Da Silva is also certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture, Professional Cupping Therapy & Massage, Concussion Management, and Emergency First Responder.

Dr. Da Silva's interest is in sports injury has been the doctor for various high-performance athletes and being an athlete herself. Dr. Da Silva is affiliated with and is the club doctor for North Mississauga Soccer Club and Brams United Girls Soccer Club. Dr. Da Silva also has great knowledge in treating a range of conditions that do not involve sports, such as Neck pain, Stenosis, and Carpal Tunnel.

Dr. Da Silva strives to educate, relieve pain and achieve patients' goals to improve their quality of life and help athletes attain greater heights than what they've already accomplished.
