All of our dedicated team of professionals at Five Senses have passed COVID-19 and Ontario legislated training and protocols to make Five Senses a safe environment to work in and enjoy your treatment. Many Team Members have been vaccinated against COVID-19 and are proud to show the designation on their profile. We are here to help and guide you through the many services and therapies that we have on offer.
Reception & Facilities Team
Diane has graduated from the Universtiy of Toronto where she studied criminology. She has years of customer service experience. In her free time she can be found with her husband, children her dogs Max and Luna or curled up with a good book.
Kristyn has over 20 years of office and customer service experience.
She is friendly and always ready to help anyone, a sunshine at our spa!
She enjoys spending time with her family and loves being a mom and grandma!
Haley is attending Western University for family studies and human development program to become a teacher for kids with special needs. She is always happy and very approachable. If she is not at work she is either studying or on a walk with her golden retriever Scout.
Allyah is attending Sheridan College for the Social Service Worker Program. She is looking forward to be working in a middle school or high school as a counsellor as well as helping many children that are in the foster system find their perfect home. When she isn’t working, she is studying, babysitting her nieces or doing her makeup.
Manjot graduated from the University of Toronto and is currently attending George Brown College for Human Resource Management. With years of customer service experience, she has developed a passion to help others. In her free time she loves to read, bike, go for a walk or have some iced coffee!
Janet is our Spa Manager. After graduating Humber College she has gone on to complete many courses including electrolysis, Cosmetic & Paramedical Tattoo and continues to do yearly trainings.
She is continually researching and studying the industry to keep up with the latest trends.
She loves making people feel beautiful inside and out. Outside work Janet loves painting, watching documentaries, and cuddling with her cats. Visiting the cottage with her family in the summer and fall is her favourite way to spend time.
Arielle (pronounced R-E-L) is our Esthetician Supervisor and is a graduate of Humber College Esthetician and Spa Management program. She has been interested in esthetics for as long as she can remember. Nails are her passion although she enjoys all services. Aside from esthetics Arielle is very passionate about music whether she's playing an instrument or just listening along.
Dorothy may be one of our shortest esthetican on staff, but she is big on service. She has been in the industry ten plus years and has a loyal following. Not only does she do regular spa services, but she has been trained in electrolysis and laser hair removal. She pays attention to detail and has a great senses of humour. She is kept busy on her days off with husband, her two young boys, Lola her puppy and two cats
Melissa is a Humber College gradute of the Esthetician and Spa Management program. Her love for esthetics grew from wanting to change how she viewed her acne and later ended up in wanting to help others feel great about themselves. Aside from esthetics, Melissa enjoys spending time at home watching a good show, or spending time outside with family and friends.
Arjae is very easy going and down to earth, he loves making people laugh and learning new things. His name is pronounced R J, and he loves waxing, manicures and pedicures. In his free time, he enjoys baking, and camping
Cloey is a graduate from Humber College for the Esthetics & Spa Management Program. She has a German Shepard named Kai, who is adorable! She loves horseback riding. Cloey's favourite service to perform is Signature Pedicure, but her favourite service to receive is our Signature Facial!
Michela is a Humber College graduate of the Esthetician and Spa Management program. She has always had an interest in becoming an esthetician. She loves doing all services but her favourites are nails and waxing! When she’s not in the spa she’s likes spending time with friends, family and her 2 cats!
Hey there, my name is Natalia. I graduated from the Esthetics program at Niagara College. I enjoy doing all esthetics services, but my one true love is for nails! I often practice on myself and find it very therapeutic. I also enjoy playing around with my makeup and roller skating in my free time. Natalia can speak Polish.
My name of Cathy and I have been an esthetician for 18 years. My favourite services to do are facials, manicures and pedicures. I love giving my clients a relaxing treatment. In my free time I like to keep busy by taking care of my family and gardening. I love going to classic car shows with my husband and spending time with my cat.
Hi, my name is Saira and my passion is making my clients feel good about themselves. I enjoy learning new ways to help clients with their skincare and love doing facials. My kids keep me busy and when we can we love to travel. Saira speaks Turkish, Hindi, Urdu, and understands Punjabi.
Hi, I am an Esthetician and Spa Management graduate from Humber College. My passion for the industry grew from my battle with acne for several years. Now I hope to help others that may be dealing with the same thing. Something I usually enjoy doing is being outdoors in the summer and just spending time with family and friends.
Michelle is an esthetician with many years of experience . Esthetics has always been a passion of mine from a young age. So after graduating high school , I attended Zehava School of Esthetics to fulfill my passion and graduated with honours. I have worked in my field ever since. I took some time off to have a family , but now that my kids are older I wanted to have that interaction once again with clients , which I totally enjoy, and missed very much while I was busy learning the daily challenges of being a mom!!! When I am not at work I love to travel,spend time with my family and friends and listen to music. I look forward to hopefully crossing paths with you on your next visit to five senses spa!
Amritpal Cheba is a highly skilled and certified Esthetician who graduated with honors from Humber College. With a strong passion for skincare, she finds joy in assisting clients in achieving their skin's optimal beauty. Amritpal is dedicated to providing her clients with the utmost satisfaction and has extensive knowledge of skincare services, products, and treatments. Recognizing the importance of a proper skincare routine beyond superficial appearance, she takes the time to educate her clients about its value. By actively listening to their skin concerns, Amritpal ensures that each client receives the best treatment tailored to their needs. Equipped with the latest techniques and industry knowledge, she is committed to helping you feel your absolute best, whether you seek relaxation through facials or skin rejuvenation. Additionally, Amritpal has a passion for playing badminton. Amritpal speaks English, Punjabi and Hindi.
Registered Massage Therapists
Amy has been an RMT since 2018 and absolutely loves her profession. She has a client-centred approach to massage therapy that involves conducting a comprehensive intake interview and tailoring her treatments to meet her clients' personal goals. Her focus is on classic Swedish massage, adding other modalities like stretching, trigger point therapy, and thermotherapy. She excels at gentler work and always ensures that her clients' muscles are thoroughly warmed up before moving on to deeper work, and welcomes feedback to ensure the pressure is just right. As for conversation, Amy will let her clients take the lead: she is happy to talk with clients who like to chat, but will otherwise work in silence to provide a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The result is a slow and flowing massage that is both relaxing and therapeutic.

Leslie is a registered massage therapist graduated from Oxford Collage and active member in RMTAO. He is also a student of acupuncturist.
He uses assessment methods and specialized orthopedic tests to determine clinical impressions for the clients. He offers excellent relaxation massage and deep tissue techniques to release muscle tension, stiffness and pain including headaches. He is skilled in Swedish massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Golgi Tendon Organ & stretching techniques. Additionally, he uses a cupping technique. Leslie client centred approach involves working with clients through their unique goals and investigating the root cause of dysfunction and pain.
Leslie strengths are empathy and compassion. His treatment approach is about patient centered care. His goal is for every patient to get back to their normal and then some. He is a believer in providing an effective treatment and teaching proper home care to provide lasting results.
Joseph has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016. He’s been working in a variety of organizations including spa, clinic and rehabilitative centres, which have given him invaluable experience with various conditions, including neck, shoulder, back pain, and repetitive strain injuries. He specializes in Trigger Point Therapy and is also very skilled in Pregnancy massage, Lava Shell massage, Bamboo massage, Cupping and Dry Brush massage.
He is committed to making sure each client receives the treatment required for their needs, and to get them back on the path to feeling good. He enjoys his work and the ability to help people improve their health and well being.
Kelli has a passion to help people, which prompted her career in massage therapy. Kelli graduated from Medix College in 2017 and she couldn't be more proud of her career. Kelli’s treatments offer a light therapeutic touch. Kelli has a sweet demeanor and just wants to help people feel calm, good, and relaxed. Her other passions in life include the outdoors, traveling, movies and spending time with her husband and children
"Hello, my name is Krystle and I have been a massage therapist since 2013. I really enjoy making you less stressed by easing your pain through massage. I believe in a firm but gentle approach, but if the pressure is too much just let me know and I can decrease the pressure. When I am not helping you feel better, I enjoy playing video games, watching Netflix or belting out a few tunes at karaoke. I hope that one day I can treat you and help you to feel better!"
Linu is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy Before becoming an RMT, he secured a Master's degree in Physiotherapy and worked as a Physiotherapist and Physiotherapy assistant in various health care settings in a different part of the world for over 15 years. He is very passionate about massage therapy. His specialties include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, Pregnancy massage, joint mobilizations as well as positional release.
Linu loves meeting new clients and working with them to improve their health. Apart from the profession, he is a family man, part of a choir, loves acting, and has his own Youtube channel with over 200K viewers a month.
Linu speaks English, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Tamil and little bit of Kannada.
Muhammad is an energetic and dedicated RMT with extensive experience. He has worked in various healthcare settings from acute care to sports rehab. Before starting his career in Canada, he worked as Sr. Physiotherapist at Royal Armed Forces hospital, Muscat, Oman. Muhammad is passionate about helping his patients achieve optimum health.
He is passionate about sport and wellness. His skills in treating everything from acute injuries to chronic conditions make him an exceptional Massage Therapist. He provides a safe and effective therapy that is tailored specifically to each individual. His goals for his patients are to increase their overall quality of life and well-being. Muhammad would be happy to answer any questions regarding your health concerns. Muhammad speaks English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi and Saraiki.
Chin Kuei (Winnie) Ho enjoys helping people; therefore, she chose to become a Massage Therapist. She integrates various techniques into her treatment such as Swedish Massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy and reflexology.
She has superior customer service skills and is fluent in Mandarin and English. She loves to study and stays current on everything related to good health and well-being. In her spare time, she practices meditation and yoga. She brings mindfulness to massage, focusing on the problematic areas and treating each client as a whole.
Jocelyn is a student for life, constantly evolving in her craft. She began her journey several years ago with a diploma in Nursing assistant and Relaxation Therapy. From there learning different modalities such as Thai Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Reflexology.
She graduated as a Certified Reflexology Practitioner in 2016, specializing in Foot Reflexology. Also a member of the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario (RRCO) in good standing. As a reflexologist I focus on providing a relaxing therapeutic treatment catering towards the clients individual needs.

Prashant is a licensed Massage Therapist. He has a background in physiotherapy and is currently working as a registered massage therapist in Ontario.
Prashant is very knowledgeable in the assessment of patient's conditions and treatment of their soft tissue injuries. He helps his clients with a combined approach of hands on manual massage therapy and home stretching and exercises. Prashant has experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage techniques and cupping therapy and sports massage.
Prashant loves to do yoga during his free time and is continuously looking to add more tools to his practice. Prashant can fluently speak English, Gujarati ,Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu languages.
Chanel is a Registered Massage Therapist that graduated from the Canadian college of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2018. She also received a diploma as an Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy Assistant from Humber college in 2013. She has dedicated her career to helping people improve their quality of life in a natural and holistic way. She believes in incorporating different techniques such as hydrotherapy and stretching on top of hands on treatment to give each patient the best treatment possible.
She prides herself on being able to understand what a patient needs and adjusting a treatment to their benefit.
When not at work you can usually find her at the gym, indulging in a big meal (major foodie) or looking for her next travel destination. She is obsessed with dogs and has recently become a plant mom and plans on growing a garden of beautiful flowers.

Dr. Michelle Da Silva
Since a very young age I've been playing competitive soccer and like all athletes, I have sustained many injuries. For one of my more serious injuries, I decided to go see a chiropractor and with education and treatment, I felt better than ever. After that injury my interest in learning more about this profession and how I can help others started."
Dr. Da Silva attended the University of Toronto and obtained a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree with Honors and a Minor in Psychology. After undergrad, she continued her schooling by doing another four years at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and obtained a Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Cum Laude. Dr. Da Silva is also certified in Functional Integrated Acupuncture, Professional Cupping Therapy & Massage, Concussion Management, and Emergency First Responder.
Dr. Da Silva's interest is in sports injury has been the doctor for various high-performance athletes and being an athlete herself. Dr. Da Silva is affiliated with and is the club doctor for North Mississauga Soccer Club and Brams United Girls Soccer Club. Dr. Da Silva also has great knowledge in treating a range of conditions that do not involve sports, such as Neck pain, Stenosis, and Carpal Tunnel.
