Physiotherapy is the treatment to restore, maintain, and make the most of a patient's mobility, function, and well-being. Physiotherapy helps through physical rehabilitation, injury prevention, and health and fitness. Treatment methods focus on the science of movement and help people to restore, maintain and maximize their physical strength, function, motion and overall well-being by addressing the underlying physical issues.

Physio 45 Min Treatment

The next step is to begin your treatment. It involves Hands-on therapy (includes Mobilization, Soft tissue mobilization, Myofascial therapy, Instruments assisted soft tissue mobilizations, McKenzie therapy etc.), tailored therapeutic exercise program, therapeutic Modalities, such as ice, heat, or electrical stimulation. Your physical therapist may teach you home exercise program and activity modification. The frequency of the treatment would be based on your progression and recovery.

Physio 30 Min Treatment

The next step is to begin your treatment. Initial Consultation & Treatment

The first part of your initial evaluation involves an interview, during which we will review your medical history and your current symptoms. The next step is an extensive examination. During your exam, your Physical Therapist may evaluate Posture Strength, Range of Motion, Flexibility, Mobility and Movement Patterns. If appropriate, your Physical Therapist may also perform special clinical tests to help with the assessment process. After your assessment, your Physical Therapist will explain his or her assessment of your condition and explain the individual plan of care that has been designed for you.

If you have questions regarding any aspect of your plan of care, please do not hesitate to discuss with your physical therapist. Your understanding of our assessment and treatment plan is essential to helping you achieve your goals and is fundamental to a successful outcome. Once you decide to proceed, the physical therapist will begin the treatment on the same day.
