One of the key benefits of mineral sunscreen is its ability to provide broad-spectrum protection against both UVA and UVB rays, making it a reliable choice anytime you are outdoors.

Additionally, mineral sunscreens are often less for sensitive skin, as they contain fewer synthetic chemicals, and they start working upon application.

Sunscreen should be used anytime you are outside.  Even in the winter when the sun reflects off snow and ice.

Facial toner is an essential step in any skincare routine, helping to balance the skin's pH, remove leftover impurities, and prep your skin for absorption of serums and moisturizers.

To use, simply apply a small amount of toner to a cotton pad and gently swipe it across your face after cleansing.

For optimal results, it's recommended to use toner twice daily—once in the morning and once at night. However, if you have sensitive skin, consider using it just a few times a week to avoid irritation.

1x - 2x

A facial mask is a great addition to your skincare routine, deep nourishment and hydration.

To use, start with a clean face; apply an even layer of the mask, avoiding the eye and lip areas. Leave it on for the recommended time, usually around 10-20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.

For optimal results, use a facial mask 1-2 times a week, tailoring the frequency based on your skin type and the specific mask you're using.

Exfoliant

/

1x - 3x

Exfoliants are essential for maintaining healthy skin by removing dead skin cells and promoting cell turnover.

They come in two main types: physical exfoli, which use small particles to slough off dead skin, and chemical exfoliants, which use acids or enzymes to dissolve the bonds between skin cells. We stock both and are here to answer any questions you may have.

It's best to use exfoliants1-3 times a week, depending on your skin type and sensitivity. Always follow up with a moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated and protected after exfoliation.
