Osteopathic Treatment
Osteopathy is a holistic approach to health care that focuses on the body's musculoskeletal system. Practitioners, known as Osteopathic Manual Therapists, use hands-on techniques to improve circulation, alleviate pain, and promote overall wellness. By emphasizing the body’s ability to heal itself, osteopathy aims to treat not just symptoms, but the causes of discomfort. It's often used to address a variety of conditions, from back pain to headaches, and can be a valuable part of a comprehensive health strategy.
